Asesorarse para realizar un reclamo judicial o extrajudicial, en casos tales como:<\/h1><\/div>

\u2022 Reclamos por incumplimientos en contratos de plan de ahorro. Demoras en la entrega de veh\u00edculos. Incumplimiento de pago de la penalidad por retardo en la entrega de los veh\u00edculos conforme lo establecido en el contrato. Conflictos con el pago de la \u00faltima cuota del plan de ahorro en casos que fueron alcanzados por medidas cautelares de congelamiento del valor de las cuotas.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reclamos por incumplimientos contractuales y da\u00f1os sufridos en ocasi\u00f3n de contrataci\u00f3n de Transporte Terrestre (Empresas de transporte de pasajeros de larga distancia).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Reclamos por incumplimientos en operaciones de cr\u00e9dito para consumo. Inconvenientes con empresas de tarjetas de cr\u00e9dito, entidades bancarias (pr\u00e9stamos personales\/hipotecarios\/prendarios, pr\u00e9stamos contratados con empresas financieras en general).<\/p>\n
